Unless otherwise stated below, items purchased from Grossmann Moto Parts EF can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

1. Policy

Customers are not entitled to offset any counterclaims against claims made by Grossmann Moto Parts EF. Any right of retention on the part of the customer with regard to items belonging to Grossmann Moto Parts EF is fully excluded.

Any return or exchange by the customer requires prior approval from Grossmann Moto Parts EF and is carried out at the customer’s own cost and risk. In general, this is offered purely as a goodwill gesture.

If a parcel is returned to us because the postal service was unable to locate the address, the full purchase amount will still be charged. (Unless the error lies with Grossmann Moto Parts EF.)

2. Return Period

The return period begins on the shipping or collection date. The date of the postmark or personal return is decisive.

3. No Right of Return

Returns are unfortunately not possible in the following cases:

• For damaged items (except transport damage)

• If the original packaging is missing

• If accessories are missing

• For food items

• For opened products in the following categories:

  • Consumables

  • Hygiene products

  • Food

  • Gift vouchers

4. Refund Policy

If the product is eligible for return, the following refund rules apply:

4.1 Full Refund of Purchase Price:

• The item is in its original, unopened, undamaged packaging

• Apparel and protectors: Full refund if the following conditions are met:

  • No signs of wear

  • Tags still attached

  • Original packaging included

4.2 Case-by-Case Assessment:

• Items with damaged packaging

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the sender. Grossmann Moto Parts EF will cover the return costs in the following cases:

• If you received an item different from what was ordered

• In the case of incorrect information in the online shop

• If you received an item you did not order

• If the delivered product is incomplete
