GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC) OF GROSSMANN MOTO PARTS EF
By submitting or placing an order, you explicitly agree to these General Terms and Conditions.

Scope / Conclusion of Contract
All offers, quotations, and deliveries by Grossmann Moto Parts EF are made solely based on these General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
By placing an order, you agree to these GTC.
An order is legally binding and cannot be cancelled without the express consent of Grossmann Moto Parts EF. A purchase contract is concluded with the approval of Grossmann Moto Parts EF, or at the latest upon delivery to the customer.
The receipt of an online order will be confirmed by an automatically generated order confirmation sent to the email address you provided. This email does not constitute a binding promise that the item can actually be delivered. It only confirms that the order has been received.
The conclusion of the contract and delivery are always subject to the availability of the ordered items.

Retention of Title
The delivered items remain the property of Grossmann Moto Parts EF until full payment of the purchase price in accordance with the contract.

Online Offer Data
The published data is partly based on information from manufacturers or suppliers.
Images may differ from the original product.
Typing or pricing errors due to mistakes or transmission errors are non-binding.

Data Protection
All personal data is treated confidentially and only passed on to third parties for the purpose of order processing (e.g., credit checks, postal shipping, etc.).

Prices
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are not included in the displayed prices and are charged separately at checkout.

Delivery / Shipping – SWITZERLAND
All orders are free of shipping costs from a value of CHF 100.-
PostPac Priority – Monday to Friday – CHF 3.50
Orders placed by 2:00 PM will be delivered within 1–3 days (Monday to Friday) – excluding public holidays. Swiss Post guarantees a 98% delivery rate. In case of delayed delivery, the customer is not entitled to compensation.

Delivery / Shipping – EU
All orders up to and including EUR 150 are duty-free.
From EUR 150 or 2kg, customs duties may apply (according to recipient country regulations).
Orders placed by 2:00 PM will be delivered within 1–3 days (Monday to Friday) – excluding public holidays. Swiss Post guarantees a 98% delivery rate. In case of delayed delivery, the customer is not entitled to compensation.
Delivery within the EU is guaranteed within 14 days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Area / Shipping Method
Shipping and delivery are only made to addresses in Switzerland and the EU. Orders are shipped via Swiss Post and its partners.

Minimum Order Value
There is no minimum order value!

Complaints / Exchanges
Would you like to return a product?

Subject to the exceptions below, items purchased from Grossmann Moto Parts EF can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

1. Policies
The customer is not entitled to offset any counterclaims against claims from Grossmann Moto Parts EF. Any retention or withholding rights of the customer with respect to Grossmann Moto Parts EF's goods are fully excluded.
Any returns or exchanges require prior approval from Grossmann Moto Parts EF and are at the customer’s expense and risk. In general, this is only granted as a goodwill gesture.
If a shipment is returned because Swiss Post could not locate the address, the full amount will still be charged (unless the error lies with Grossmann Moto Parts EF).

2. Return Period
Return periods are based on the shipping or pickup date. The postmark or date of personal return is decisive.

3. No Right of Return
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

• Damaged items (except transport damage)

• Missing original packaging

• Missing accessories

• Food items

• Opened products from the following categories:

  • Consumables

  • Hygiene items

  • Food

  • Gift vouchers

4. Refund Value

4.1 Full Refund at Purchase Price:

• The item is in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.

• Clothing and protectors: full refund if the following conditions are met: no signs of use, labels attached, and original packaging present.

4.2 Case-by-Case Review:

• Items with damaged packaging

5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the sender. Grossmann Moto Parts EF will cover return shipping in the following cases:

• Receipt of an incorrect item

• Incorrect product information in the online shop

• Receipt of an unordered item

• Receipt of an incomplete product

Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Grossmann Moto Parts EF. The contract is subject to Swiss law.

Purchase on Account with Installment Option (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY offers the “purchase on account” payment method as an external payment service provider. With the individual invoice, you can pay for your online purchase easily by invoice.
If you do not pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an overview of your orders.
When concluding the purchase contract, POWERPAY takes over the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment terms.
