• All orders over CHF 100 qualify for free shipping!

• PostPac Priority (Monday to Friday): CHF 3.50

• Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. will be delivered within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

• Swiss Post guarantees 98% on-time delivery. In the case of delayed delivery, customers are not entitled to compensation.

• All orders up to and including EUR 150 are duty-free.

• For orders over EUR 150 or above 2 kg, customs duties may apply (depending on the recipient country’s regulations).
